$10 per month

Advocate Members help sustain the core mission of Alpha Health Alliance by supporting the development of advocacy resources, patient education tools, and outreach initiatives.

Members at this level play an important role in ensuring that individuals and families navigating rare diseases and chronic illnesses have access to meaningful support and guidance.

Empowerment Partner

$25 per month

Empowerment Partners provide additional support that helps expand advocacy initiatives, educational programs, and community outreach efforts.

Their support helps Alpha Health Alliance continue building resources that empower patients and families facing complex healthcare challenges.

Leadership Circle

$75 per month

Leadership Circle members provide leadership-level support that helps Alpha Health Alliance grow its advocacy programs, educational resources, and patient support initiatives.

Members of the Leadership Circle help strengthen the long-term impact of our mission and expand the reach of our work.

Founders Circle

Invitation Only

The Founders Circle is a limited group of supporters who share a deep commitment to the mission of Alpha Health Alliance and wish to play a meaningful role in helping shape its future.
